Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience and availability for all our clients, we have established the following policy for our Laneway House Consultation sessions: Confirmation Requirement Clients must confirm their attendance at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. This helps us prepare and allocate the necessary resources for your consultation. Cancellation and Rescheduling Notice If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, you must inform us at least 1 day (24 hours) in advance. You can do this by calling our office at [Phone Number] or emailing [Email Address]. No-Show Policy If you fail to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice (minimum 24 hours in advance), we reserve the right to deny future bookings for similar sessions. Clients who do not comply with this policy will not be eligible for another Laneway House Consultation session in the future. Rescheduling Process If you have informed us within the required time frame, we will happily work with you to find another suitable date and time for your session. However, failure to provide adequate notice will forfeit this option.
